The Studio
Our Studio brings a variety of Body Training Systems (BTS) incorporating RPM (studio cycling) Bodypump and Bodybalance.
To add to this, an exciting new dance class 'ZUMBA' and an increasingly popular 'Bootcamp' class based on Steve's 30 yrs experience of teaching kickboxing and exercise.
Kickboxing for juniors and seniors along with Dance classes ( Street & Hip Hop)with Lisa complement the Studio Timetable.
